Lidia Bachis uses her perception of modern art as a sort of a personal revolution. However, in this case it’s more of an evolution chart of one woman’s emotions. ‘Kate’ emotes from casual/indifference, to shock, to anger, and finally to acceptance. The third emotion also includes a freedom fighter-type figure raising his arm in defiance. The abundant use of yellow also represents enlightenment.
